About Us
The Vanguard Academy opened as a brand new school in February 2008. With over 12,000 square feet and an outdoor playground area of over 6,000 square feet - it takes a staff of 40 people to plan and implement the educational goals to our students.
Some of the wonderful features you'll notice when you walk through our doors include:
- Most of our teachers have either a CDA or bachelor degree or are working on their CDA or bachelor degrees in Early Education.
- Most of our teachers are CPR and First Aid certified
- Security code for the entrance into the school
- Security camera in all classrooms
- Phones in all classrooms
- Staff use electronic key entry into building which is logged into our security system
